ROTTERDAM – Two people were killed and four others hurt in a one-car crash off Interstate 890 in Rotterdam late Saturday, state police said.
A 32-year-old woman died at the scene and an 11-year-old boy died later at the hospital, state police said.
Two others, age 14 and 29, were critically injured, state police said.

The crash happened just before midnight near eastbound Exit 9A in Rotterdam, state police said. The vehicle left the south shoulder of the roadway and rolled, according to state police and information from the scene.
The car came to rest in a grassy area off the interstate.
The Fort Hunter Fire District was among those to respond to the scene.
The investigation into the crash continued late Sunday morning.
