SCHENECTADY – The investigation into a Saturday night shooting continued Monday, a police spokesman said.
No arrests have been made.
The shooting happened just after 10 p.m. Saturday night near the intersection of Cutler Street and Sixth Avenue.
Officers arrived to find one woman with a gunshot wound to her leg. She was taken to an area hospital with injuries police described as non-life-threatening, police spokesman Sgt. Matthew Dearing said.
Police also appeared to find multiple shell casings at the scene and could be seen Saturday night placing evidence markers over the casings.
