
GREENFIELD – A Malta took a car for a test drive Monday in Greenfield and then failed return it, state police said.
Cassie A. Blazejeski, 24, of Malta, was arrested and charged with one count of third-degree grand larceny, a felony.
Blazejeski spotted the vehicle parked at a local business with a for sale sign and then asking the owner to take it for a test drive, state police said.
The owner let her and she drove off just before 5 p.m., but didn’t return, police said. State police caught up with her just after 9 p.m. in Saratoga Springs and arrested her, troopers said.
She was processed and released to appear in court later.
