SARATOGA SPRINGS – A Ballston Spa man sold cocaine in Saratoga Springs and now faces felonies, Saratoga Springs Police said.
Philip C. Ramsey, 46, was arrested Friday and charged with two counts of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and three counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, felonies, along with misdemeanor fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana, police said.
Police took him into custody Friday on outstanding warrants. He is accused of selling cocaine in and around Saratoga Springs earlier this year, police said.
The investigation was conducted by the department’s Special Investigations Unit.
