SARATOGA COUNTY – The League of Women Voters of Saratoga County has announced plans for online political candidate forums during the month of October.

The forums are going to be recorded with audiences this year, and then posted the following day on YouTube and the league’s website, www.lwvsaratoga.org. The public is being asked to submit questions, and may do so at [email protected]

The events scheduled to date:

— Oct. 13, 112th Assembly District, Democrat/Working Families candidate Joe Seeman and Republican/Conservative/Independence incumbent Mary Beth Walsh.

— Oct. 14, 113th Assembly District, Republican/Conservative David Catalfamo and Democratic/Independence/Serve America incumbent Carrie Woerner.

— Oct. 14, 114th Assembly District, Democrat/Working Families Claudia Braymer, Republican/Conservative/Independence Matthew Simpson and Serve America candidate Everlyn Wood. The seat is open.

— Oct. 20, 20th Congressional District, Republican/Conservative/Serve America candidate Liz Joy and incumbent Democrat/Working Families/Independence Paul D. Tonko.

Candidates will make opening statements, take questions submitted by the public, and make closing statements, the league said. Candidate information is also online at www.Vote411.org.
