
HALFMOON – A Waterford man broke into a building at the Halfmoon dog park Sunday, Saratoga County Sheriff’s Officials said.
John Kasaj, 20, of Waterford, was charged with one count of third-degree burglary, a felony, as well as petit larceny, a misdemeanor.
Deputies responded to a call for a suspicious person at the dog park just after 1 p.m. Sunday, officials said. The investigation then led to Kasaj.
Kasaj is accused of illegally entering the building with the intent to commit a crime, officials said.
Kasaj was arraigned and released to return to court later.
