GLOVERSVILLE – A Gloversville man has been arrested and is accused of burglarizing a pizza shop on North Main Street last month, police said Monday.
Alexander L. Dake, 22, of Spring Street, was arrested Thursday and charged with third-degree burglary, a felony, along with misdemeanor criminal mischief and petit larceny, police said.
Dake is accused of illegally entering Caesar’s Pizza through a window Sept. 29 then taking a cell phone that belonged to the business owners, police said.
Investigators then used video surveillance at the scene and footage from Gloversville city cameras to identify Dake. He was arrested Thursday, processed and arraigned.
