
GREENFIELD – A Middle Grove man fired a shotgun at a hunter and restrained him in a property line dispute Sunday, Saratoga County Sheriff’s officials said.
No injuries were reported.
Isaac H. Montero, 38, of Lake Desolation Road, was arrested in the incident and charged with one count each of first-degree reckless endangerment and first-degree unlawful imprisonment, felonies, along with misdemeanor menacing.
Deputies arrested Montero after an altercation at a residence in Greenfield, officials said. Montero is accused of firing the 12-gauge shotgun at the victim in the property line dispute. Montero then restrained the hunter at gunpoint, officials said.
Montero was arraigned and released to pre-trial services to return to court later.
