SCHENECTADY – A Schenectady man has been arrested, accused of tearing up a field near a Central Park baseball diamond with his truck, police said.
Ruben J. Galvan, 23, of Union Street, was arrested Tuesday and charged with one count of second-degree criminal mischief, a felony.
Galvan is accused of driving his pickup truck in a field near the C baseball diamond at about 6 p.m. Sunday, according to police allegations filed in court.
Once on the field, he drove his truck in circles, tearing up the grass, landscape and digging ruts, according to the police allegations.
“The ruts pose a hazard to children who may use this field before it can be repaired,” police wrote in a charging document.

What a complete jerk. Make him pay for it and do 1,000 hours of community service.
maybe if the place would have done something last night when they were drag racing on Bradley Street that would have never happened
