A Trans Ontario Express carrier failed to navigate under the Glenridge Road overpass in Glenville Sunday afternoon, severely damaging its trailer and becoming wedged underneath the railroad bridge.
Crews were on the scene to remove the 22,000 pounds of fiberglass it was hauling before they could start extracting the trailer from underneath the overpass.
Officials from Canadian Pacific Railway were on site and confirmed the railway route would be out of service until the bridge and the tracks could be inspected.
No time was given to when the inspection results would be official.

this format is unacceptable
This bridge must rival the Weaver Street underpass in Schenectady as a historical trouble spot. After all these decades, you’d think something might be done to keep this bad movie from showing again .. and .. again?
