FULTON COUNTY – New York Agriculture and Markets Commissioner Richard Ball and Goderie’s and co-owner Pete Goderie, of Galway, nade their way to cut down a tree Monday for the sixth annual tree cutting to promote local tree cutting in the state, and NYS Grown and Certified, at Goderie’s Tree Farm in Johnstown.

Goderie’s Tree Farm is celebrating 50 years of business this year. The tree cut down will be on display at the Mohawk Valley Welcome Center on the Thruway n Fultonville.
