Snowmobile operator dies in early morning collision on I-787 in Albany


A person operating a snowmobile died following a collision with a tractor-trailer early Thursday morning in the southbound lanes of Interstate 787, near exit 4B in the city of Albany, according to State Police. The crash occurred at approximately 2:30 a.m. and all southbound lanes have been reopened after traffic had been diverted off exit 4A.
