State police Friday identified both victims in this week’s double murder-suicide, as well the man they say was the shooter, who then killed himself.
Manjeet Kaur, 55, and Jasleen Kaur, 14, were both shot and killed during a domestic incident at their residence at about 9:30 p.m. Wednesday, state police said.
The man investigators say killed them, Bhupinder Singh, 57, also a resident of the home, was found dead of a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
All three were found inside the home, police said.
A fourth resident, Rashpal Kaur, 40, suffered a gunshot wound to the arm, but was able to flee the residence, state police said. She was being treated at Albany Medical Center for wounds described as non-life-threatening.
State police were investigating with Schodack police and the Rensselaer County District Attorney’s Office.
