SCHENECTADY – Charges filed against a Rotterdam man in 2019 on accusations he threatened a county social services employee have been dismissed, attorneys confirmed this week.
Peter Caschera, then 32, was arrested in March 2019 and charged with one count of making a terroristic threat, a felony, along with aggravated harassment, a misdemeanor.
He had been accused of making a total of seven phone calls to a management level employee at social services in the span of 32 minutes March 18, 2019.
The case against Caschera, however, was dismissed by April 2020, attorneys said.
