Read: New York Attorney General’s report on nursing home response to COVID-19 pandemic

ALBANY – New York Attorney General Letitia James Thursday released her office’s report on nursing home response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The report found, in part, that a larger number of nursing home residents died from COVID-19 than the New York State Department of Health’s published nursing home data reflected and may have been undercounted by as much as 50 percent.
