SCHENECTADY – A five-vehicle crash was reported Tuesday afternoon on the Crosstown in Schenectady.

No injuries were reported.

The crash happened on Route 7 near Albany Street. At least one vehicle appeared to have significant front-end damage as a result of the crash.

Schenectady firefighter/paramedics were among those who responded to the scene checking on the condition of the occupants.

I live not to far from there. When I am on Albany ready to cross over 7, and the light turns green – I usually wait 15 – 20 seconds to see how many people are going through the red light. It’s terrible over there. Speeders and people going through the lights
