SCHENECTADY – A Thursday afternoon fire destroyed a van and damaged a garage in Schenectady.

No injuries were reported.

The fire broke out behind 320 DeCamp Ave. at around 2:45 p.m.

The fire could be seen consuming the van, as well as causing some apparent minimal damage to a nearby garage.

Schenectady firefighters responded to douse the blaze.
