
Isabella Franchi scored 14 points and Jayla Tyler netted 13 Sunday to lift Colonie over Schenectady 65-42 in the final regular season Suburban Council girls’ basketball game for both teams.
Talia Washington sank five 3-point baskets for Schenectady and finished with 19 points.
Jakaiya Dewer scored 16 points, Nadia Brown contributed 15, and Troy edged Bethlehem 55-53.
Jenalyse Alarcon scored six of her 14 points in a 20-12 fourth-quarter run for Troy, and the senior reached the career 1,000-point mark. Maren Louridas led Bethlehem with 17 points.
