The aid strongly target high-poverty districts will offer some help to every district. Here is a look at estimated district-level allotments provided by Sen. Chuck Schumer’s office and how much that represents per student in the district.

In general, I have no problem with this aid, and I have no issue with the aid being targeted to lower-income districts. BUT – I am still paying school taxes. SO – what is this money going toward??
