AFTER COLLEGE: I plan to work in a biotechnology field, conducting research.

WHAT HAS BEEN THE HARDEST PART OF THE LAST YEAR OF SCHOOL and THE MOST REWARDING: The hardest part of the last school year has been finding ways to connect with people during the pandemic. The most rewarding has been continuing my educational journey by obtaining new knowledge and getting accepted into my top choice college.

WHAT HAVE YOU LEARNED ABOUT YOURSELF DURING THE PANDEMIC/HOW HAVE YOU CHANGED: I learned that spending time with friends and family is one of the most important parts of my life and I should make sure to take advantage of opportunities to enjoy myself and make great memories.

WHAT IS THE MEMORY OF SCHOOL YOU WILL NEVER FORGET:  I started a community service program based off a school project that I did in tenth grade and I will never forget how exciting it was to launch the website and start hosting events.

WHAT WILL YOU MISS MOST ABOUT HIGH SCHOOL: I will miss all of my teachers who have all been impactful in my life and I will also remember the South High Marathon Dance because it is one of the most incredible events that I have ever participated in.

WHAT’S IN YOUR MUSIC PLAYER: Classic rock

FAVORITE BOOK OR AUTHOR: “Lord of the Rings” by J.R.R Tolkien

BEST PART ABOUT GRADUATING: I have the opportunity to attend college next year and continue my educational journey.

WHO OR WHAT INSPIRES YOU: The memory of my Uncle Jon inspires me to always laugh and to celebrate life.
