Nicholas W. Kislowski of Ballston Spa and Mitchell L. Madigan of Saratoga Springs, both 18, were picked up on July 20 and July 22, respectively. The two have been charged with second-degree robbery, a Class-C felony, a police arrest report said

The incident occurred on June 1 just off Lake Avenue on Schuyler Drive. Officers responded to a disturbance call and found a 16-year-old boy with an arm injury suffered during the incident. Police said the boy had been robbed by a group of “younger” people. No weapons were known to be involved, according to the police report.

The group had left the area before officers arrived.

Kislowski and Madigan have been arraigned and released. Police said in their statement that additional arrests remain possible.
