Thousands of people showed up for music, food, pony rides, sky divers and the giant fireworks show at dusk. Then Schenectady’s biggest show of the summer, “Tuesday” was held on the first Tuesday of August and coincided with the “National Night Out” crime-prevention campaign. The last “Tuesday” was held in 2003.
Photos from the 1988 gathering, and a few fun festa shots, are all part of the party in today’s Capital Region Scrapbook.
