Junior bowling: Bellamy (675), Drexel (674), Mason, Smith stand out

Derek Bellamy produced a 229-675 at Boulevard Bowl, where Teyah Mason ripped a 193-569 for the girls’ featured performance and Kyle Smith delivered a 223-617 in the first junior bowling roundup of the season.

At Sportsman’s Bowl, Tyler Drexel hammered a 243-674 for the boys’ runner-up effort, while JJ Bauer fired a 258-642 and Tim Bush rolled a 224-623.

The Towne Bowling Academy program won’t have official scores for the first two weeks of the season.
