Monday afternoon Niskayuna head-on crash sends one to hospital, shuts Balltown Road

NISKAYUNA – A Monday afternoon head-on crash sent person to the hospital and shut Balltown Road for the response.

The crash happened shortly after 4 p.m. at Balltown Road and Story Avenue.

The driver of one of the cars was taken to Albany Medical Center for treatment, according to information available at the scene.

The drivers of the van and other vehicle declined treatment, according to the information.

The crash shut Balltown Road in the area of the crash. It remained shut at 5 p.m.
