The incident happened at the Old Gick Road Walmart Wednesday afternoon, state police said. Responding troopers caught up with Ryf as she exited the store.

Ryf had already been restricted from the property previously. She was found Wednesday to have taken $167 worth of goods and to have damaged multiple other items, state police said.

She was also found in possession of a glass smoking pipe containing methamphetamine residue, troopers said.
