Charleston neighbor dispute leads to robbery, threat, Montgomery Co. Sheriff says

CHARLESTON – A neighbor dispute in Charleston led to a robbery and cement block threat Monday, Montgomery County Sheriff’s officials said.

Joshua R. Gessinger, 42, of Reynolds Road, Charleston, was arrested and charged with third-degree robbery, a felony, and second-degree menacing, a misdemeanor.

Gessinger is accused of taking the victim’s cell phone in an ongoing neighbor dispute and then threatening her with a cement block, officials said.

Gessinger was arraigned and is due back in court later.
