Metal band Korn to perform in Albany; other comedy, music shows announced

Korn, with special guests Chevelle and Code Orange, will perform on Sunday, March 20, at the Times Union Center in Albany, it was announced today. Tickets go on sale Friday at 9 a.m. at livenation.com and ticketmaster.com. Prices have not been announced.

The group has sold more than 40 million albums in the metal, rock and alternative genres.

Comedian Patton Oswalt will perform at the Troy Savings Bank Music Hall at 7 p.m. on Friday, March 18. Tickets are $39.50 to $69.50. Visit troymusichall.org.

Six-time Grammy nominated comedian Jim Gaffigan is coming to Albany’s Palace Theatre at 7 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 25. Tickets range from $49.75 to $89.75. Go to ticketmaster.com.

Vermont-based rock band Twiddle, with special guest Midnight North, performs at the Palace at 8 p.m. on Feb. 26. Tickets are $39.50 in advance and are on sale at ticketmaster.com.
