SCHENECTADY – Friends and family held a vigil Tuesday to mark three years since the murder of Schenectady resident Roscoe Foster, a murder that remains unsolved.

They gathered at the intersection of Linden and Becker streets, the spot where Foster was shot and killed, Jan. 25, 2019.
