
ALBANY – A Schenectady man has been arrested, accused of receiving child pornography, federal prosecutors said Wednesday.
Daniel Quintero, 36, was charged Wednesday with the federal count, officials said.
Quintero is accused of using the internet to access, view and download images and videos of child pornography, prosecutors said.

If convicted, he would face a minimum of five years and up to 20 years in prison, officials said.
The case is being investigated by the FBI and its Child Exploitation Task Force, which includes investigators from the state police and Colonie Police Department. The case is being prosecuted by assistant U.S. Attorney Rachel Williams.
