
BALLSTON SPA — Saratoga County is holding a walk-in COVID-19 vaccination clinic from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. Thursday at Saratoga County Public Health Services offices, located at 6012 County Farm Road. All doses and boosters for Moderna, Pfizer, and J&J will be available. The vaccines are free. No proof of insurance required. The Pfizer booster is for those individuals 12 years of age and older. The Moderna booster is for ages 18 and older. To be eligible for a booster, persons must have received their second dose of Pfizer or Moderna vaccine at least five months ago or their Johnson and Johnson vaccine at least two months ago.
Pfizer COVID-19 vaccination clinics include K-12 students who reside in Saratoga County or attend a school located in Saratoga County. The child to be vaccinated should be accompanied by their parent or guardian. If the child is unaccompanied by their parent or guardian (for example, accompanied by a grandparent), a written consent form signed by the parent or guardian must be available at the time of the minor’s vaccination. The consent form is available at www.saratogacountyny.gov/
