
Alex Gregor was a double-winner for Shenendehowa in the Plainsmen’s 96-79 boys’ track and field win over Columbia. Gregor captured the 110-meter high hurdles in 16.83 seconds and the 400 intermediate hurdles in 1:05.60.
Other Shenendehowa winners were Zane Ives in the 100 (11.48), Jason Colindres in the 400 (50.39), Nathan Brimhall in the 3200 (9:44.98), the 1600 relay team of Marko Bebic, Carter Cukerstein, Jason Gillan and Michael McElrath (3:40.39), Nathan Decker in the pole vault (12-0), Evan Collette in the shot put (48-1 ½) and Tate Lehman in the discus (132-5).
Ballston Spa defeated Niskayuna 90-81. Isaiah Hannah earned wins in the 110 hurdles (16.30) and 400 hurdles (1:03.71) to lead the Scotties.
Queensbury topped South Glens Falls 112-29 in Foothills Council action. Michael Kilgallon was a triple-winner for the Spartans, taking the 110 hurdles (16.09), high jump (5-9) and long jump (19-6 ½).. South Glens Falls got wins from Jacob Revell in the pole vault (11-0) and the 400 relay team of Aedan Mallory, Gavin Dunkley, Zachary Hilleboe and Alexander Lupia (50.63).

Broadalbin-Perth defeated Scotia-Glenville 107-34, but the Tartans got three wins from Tyler Greene in the 1600 (4:35.70), 800 (2:02.50) and 3200 (11:34.30). For Broadalbin-Perth, Evan Gralitzer won the 200 (24.20) and pole vault (8-0).
Glens Falls defeated Schuylerville 69-46. Jakob Pregent took the shot put (31-8 ½) and discus (82-6 ½) to lead Glens Falls, while Daryl Headen won the high jump (5-9) and 800 (2:11.80) for the Black Horses.
Ichabod Crane edged Cobleskill-Richmondville 62-60 in a Colonial Council dual meet. Ean Comino was a double-winner for the Bulldogs, capturing the shot put with a throw of 42-7 ½ and the discus with a toss of 121-6.

Mayfield/Northville earned a 109-29 victory over Middleburgh, which got four wins from Kaurice Bell in the dual meet. Bell took first in the 100 (11.2), 200 (23.8), high jump (5-8) and long jump (19-5 ¾).
SHENENDEHOWA SWEEPS BALLSTON SPA
Alex Barletta, Evan Hickey and Tony Liu didn’t drop a game in earning singles wins for Shenendehowa in its 9-0 Suburban Council boys’ tennis victory over Ballston Spa.
The doubles team of Justin Davidson and Daniel Seredensky won a first-set tiebreaker en route to a 7-6 (7-3), 6-2 win to help the Lions earn a 6-1 non-league win over Schoharie. Zachary Zinzow won the lone match for Schoharie.
