
HALFMOON – Fire destroyed a Halfmoon home Wednesday night, but no one was injured.
The West Crescent Fire Department responded to a call about a fire at 47 Firehouse Road in Halfmoon at 11:03 p.m., according to Fire Chief Stephen Bonesteel.

The garage and part of the house were fully involved, Bonesteel said. Crews knocked down the fire in about an hour and a half, but the structure is a total loss, according to Bonesteel. The residents have not been located, Bonesteel said.
Saratoga County fire investigators are looking into the cause.
