MECHANICVILLE – Police Friday identified two women found dead inside a Mechanicville residence this week as a mother and her adult daughter, but police say they still don’t know how the women died.
Police, however, said they continue not to suspect criminal activity in the deaths.
Police identified the women as Donna M. Trombley, 73, and her daughter Paula L. Plasencia, 48, both the sole occupants of 10A S. Central Ave.

Police were called to the residence at around 2 p.m. Wednesday after the women were discovered there dead.
Mechanicville Police responded to the call with the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office, officials said.
