The fight dispersed prior to officers arriving, but the victim soon arrived at Saratoga Hospital with a stab wound to his abdomen, police said.
Police described the victim’s injury as non-life-threatening.
The investigation soon determined that the group involved was well-known to each other and that the stabbing was not a random act, police said.
