Police responded to the area there at about 11:30 p.m. Monday night for reports of shots fired and a male victim laying on the ground.

Upon arrival, the victim, 21-year-old Treavine L. Tate, most recently from the Bronx, had already been transported to Ellis Hospital by a private vehicle, where he was pronounced dead.

The police posting Thursday did not indicate further how police believe the person in the photos may connect to their investigation.

Anyone with information is asked to contact police at 518-788-6566.
