What is the memory of high school you will never forget: Planning and holding the Dodgeball Tournament my Senior Year, it was one of the first school wide events that could be held normally since COVID and everyone was having a really fun time and we raised a lot of money for our class.
Which teacher had the biggest impact on you and why: My 8th grade Algebra I teacher, Mrs. Janes. She was so passionate about math and showed me that math can be fun. She also pushed me and challenged me in a way that I hadn’t been challenged before in school. She was a strict teacher, but I wanted to work hard and perform well on exams and classwork for her since I had her during her last year before retirement. She was integral in shifting my academic focus from more writing based to math based.
What’s in your music player: It changes all the time but right now a lot of 70’s music and Logic’s “Under Pressure” album
Favorite book or author: “Abby Carnelia’s One and Only Magical Power”
