
SCHENECTADY – A fire broke out at a Schenectady apartment home Wednesday morning and also damaged a neighboring home.
No injuries were immediately reported and all occupants were reported out safe.
The fire broke out shortly after 8 a.m. at 1503-1505 Foster Ave. and engulfed the rear of the building.

Schenectady firefighters responded and worked to douse the blaze, including putting water on it from a ladder truck.

Surrounding streets were closed as firefighters worked.
