Summer in the Capital Region is packed with things to do, at the track and away from it.
On any given day, there’s plenty to choose from between horse racing, live music, festivals, fairs and theater.

Pick of the Day
Celebrate Saratoga features live music from local musicians throughout downtown Saratoga Springs from 6-9 p.m.
The New York City Ballet returns to the Saratoga Performing Arts Center with a program called “Evolution.” Tickets start at $40 for the 2 p.m. performance and $34 for the 7:30 p.m. performance.
Cassadee Pope and Syndey Worthley at Jennings Landing in Albany, as part of the Alive at Five concert series. Show time is 5 p.m.
