
SARATOGA SPRINGS – Two men working on New York Racing Association property possessed more than 200 grams of cocaine related to a dorm residence there, Saratoga Springs Police said.
Jose Hidalgo, 59, and Guadaupe Montesdecoa-Aguilar, 36, cities of residence unavailable, were each arrested Thursday and charged with second-degree and third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, felonies, police said.

Hidalgo and Montesdecoa-Aguilar were arraigned and held without bail due to the severity of the charges, police said.
The Saratoga Springs Police Department’s Special Investigations unit conducted the investigation.
City police were assisted by the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office and NYRA Security.
