Siena women’s lacrosse team tops Dartmouth in overtime

HANOVER, N.H. — Rebecca Gilhooley scored on an assist from Grace Dobrzynski with 4:36 left in overtime to give Siena a 14-13 non-conference win over Dartmouth on Saturday at Scully-Fahey Field.

Siena (5-4) closed the third quarter with a 4-0 run on goals from Amanda Nieman, Kelly Logue, Mary Soures and Dobrzynski to take an 11-8 lead. But Dartmouth’s Boo Dewitt scored her fourth goal of the day to tie it at 13 with 4:17 left in regulation.

Dobrzynski, who also found Gilhooley for the game’s first score, finished with three goals and three assists. Gilhooley had three goals and one assist, while Soures added three goals. Kelly Logue contributed two goals and three assists. Sabrina Krasner made nine saves.
