Wallace leads UAlbany women’s lacrosse to win

LOWELL, Mass. — Shonly Wallace scored six goals, and UAlbany scored six goals in each of the second and third quarters Saturday to cruise to a 19-13 America East women’s lacrosse victory over UMass Lowell at Cushing Field.

The Great Danes (2-0 AE, 6-5 overall) outscored the River Hawks (0-3, 5-6) 12-5 in the middle quarters to take a 16-7 lead.

Katie Pascale had three goals and an assist for UAlbany. Sarah Falk also scored three times, and Bryar Hogg added two goals and four assists.
