SCHENECTADY – City police Tuesday identified the woman found shot and killed at a Crane Street residence a day earlier.
Philomen L. Henry, 30, of 953 Crane St., was killed, police said.
The investigation into her death continued Tuesday and police asked that anyone with information contact detectives at the department’s tips line, 518-788-6566.
Police found Henry’s body just after 11 a.m. Monday after they responded to the 953 Crane St. address to check on someone’s welfare, police said.
Officers arrived and found Henry and that she had been shot, police said. She was pronounced dead at the scene by members of the Schenectady Fire Department.
