WASHINGTON, Pa. Andrew Czech’s RBI double in the bottom of the 10th inning lifted the Washington Wild Things to a wild 13-12 Frontier League victory over the Tri-City ValleyCats on Saturday at Wild Things Park.

The Wild Things overcame an 11-5 fourth-inning deficit.

Czech’s double was his third hit of the game, He fell a home run short of the cycle. Czech drove in five runs.

The ValleyCats scored four runs in the top of the first. The Wild Things counted with three runs in their half of the first.

Tri-City scored four more runs in the second. Jaxon Hallmark hit a three-run homer, and Carson McCusker blasted a solo shot.

The ValleyCats added a run in the third, but the wild Things got ttwo in their half of the inning. 

Trey Hair hit a two-run homer in the fourth gave the ValleyCats a six-run lead, but the Wild Things scored three in their half.

The Wild Things tied it with a three-run sixth, and then took a 12-11 lead in the eight before McCusker’s RBI single in the ninth tied it.
