What is The Gazette's mailing address?
When is your office open?
Our main lobby, at our Schenectady headquarters, is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Where is the ‘Home’ button?
Click on The Daily Gazette logo at the top of any page to go back to the homepage or open the menu on the top left on your screen and click on “Home.”
Where is the link to the e-edition?
After you log in, it will appear on the top left of your screen. You can also access it from the footer.
How do I get to the subsections?
Open the menu on the top left on your screen and click on the arrow of the section you want. Choose the subsection from the drop down submenu.
What’s the blue bar counting down “premium content” at the bottom of my screen?
While those with paid memberships can access unlimited premium content and the e-edition, non-members can enjoy seven pieces of premium content each month.

What does the star on content mean?
Content marked with a star indicates that it's premium content--unique, can’t-get-it-anywhere-else content created by The Daily Gazette newsroom.
Where does “Manage Account” take me?
You can now change your subscription, payment and billing, address and other account information online. You can also report a missed delivery and request a temporary vacation stop for print delivery.
