Police said they have charged James M. Kennedo, 25, and Derek E. Galvin, 21, both of Albany, Clare P. Brady, 25, of Castleton, and Jessica R. Galasso, 20, of Troy.
Police said two men wearing hooded sweatshirts forced their way into a home at 59 University St. about 5:20 a.m., displaying a handgun and making off with numerous home electronic items. Police said most of the stolen property was recovered.
Kennedo and Galvin were each charged with felony counts of burglary, criminal use of a firearm, robbery, criminal possession of a weapon, grand larceny and conspiracy, while Brady and Galasso were each charged with felony counts of conspiracy and criminal possession of stolen property and a misdemeanor count of criminal facilitation.
All four suspects were arraigned in Bethlehem Town Court, with Kennedo and Galvin sent to the Albany County jail without bail and Brady and Galasso jailed on $15,000 bail apiece. All four are scheduled to return to Bethlehem Town Court on Tuesday for a preliminary hearing.
