State police have charged an 18 year-old volunteer soccer coach with having sexual contact with boys

State police have charged an 18 year-old volunteer soccer coach with having sexual contact with boys in their early teens.

State police said Michael L. Nasierowski is accused of having sexual contact with a 13-year-old boy and a 14-year-old boy during the past summer in Queensbury. He also allegedly had sexual contact with two 13-year-old boys in the Warren Country town of Thurman in the spring of 2008.

Nasierowski had assisted with coaching soccer on a volunteer basis at Warrensburg Central School and for the Adirondack Youth Soccer League, which plays games in the town of Queensbury.

State police have charged him with second-degree sexual abuse, sexual misconduct, endangering the welfare of a child, all class A misdemeanors.

He was arraigned on the charges in Queensbury Town Court on Oct. 11 and taken to Warren County jail but later released on bail, according to a statement from the state police.
