Canisius, the best three-point shooting women’s team in the country, shot 61.5 percent (8-for-13) from beyond the arc in the second half to post a 65-58 come-from-behind Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference win over Siena Sunday at the Alumni Recreation Center.

The Saints (9-13, 8-5 MAAC) led by 11 early in the second half, and still had a 51-43 lead when Sarah Fullmer hit a jumper with 7:30 to play.

But the Griffins outscored the Saints, 20-4, the rest of the way to improve to 10-3 in the conference and 18-6 overall.

Junior Allie Lindemann led the Saints with 13 points.
