Goalie Jon Olthuis made 25 saves, leading Alaska-Anchorage to a 3-0 victory over RPI in the Brice Alaska Gold Rush on Friday. Alex Gellert gave the Seawolves (2-1) a 1-0 lead 2:44 into the game beating goalie Allen York with his first goal of the season. Josh Lunden made it a 2-0 lead later in the period. RPI (1-2) faces tournament host Alaska tonight at 10:35. The start time was moved up an hour.
