A teenager is facing a high-level felony charge after he allegedly stabbed another boy in the neck and stole his bicycle.
Police said Juan Anderson, 18, of Lake Street, attacked a 15-year-old on May 25.
The incident began around 9:30 p.m. on Third Avenue.
Anderson is accused of stabbing the victim in the neck, punching him and kicking him in the face once he fell to the ground.
The boy was seriously injured, police said. He is still in the hospital.
Anderson was arrested Wednesday and charged with felony robbery. The robbery charge rises to the level of a felony if the thief causes serious injury in the course of the theft.
