Robert Allen, 44, of County Route 75, Mechanicville, pleaded guilty to felony criminal sale of cocaine and conspiracy charges. Authorities alleged he was a major cocaine distributor in Saratoga Springs and started investigating him last year.

One of those charged was Milton highway superintendent David C. Forbes.

Allen's sentencing is slated for Dec. 20.
